Abstract

University of Tennessee Law Professor Benjamin Barton talked about his book, “The Credentialed Court: Inside the Cloistered, Elite World of American Justice,” in which he argued that Supreme Court justices today come from more elite circles and have much narrower experiences than their predecessors, leading to a kind of “group-think.”
