Abstract

Professor Stein’s article reviews Professor Michael Wolf’s Zoning Reformed, which appeared recently in the University of Kansas Law Review. In his article, Professor Wolf argues that the many flaws in modern-day zoning should be addressed by reform rather than by abolition and suggests several useful modifications for the future.
