Abstract

The CALS Encyclopedia of Arkansas published Associate Dean Briana Rosenbaum’s entry about John High Carmichael, the dean of the Arkansas Law School in Little Rock from 1868 to 1950. While acting as dean, Carmichael served as co-counsel with renowned Black attorney Scipio Africanus Jones on civil rights litigation.
